GENERAL TERMSPrices are subject to change based on complexity & requirements.
(As stated in the ADDITIONAL PRICING segment and PDF file)I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.If you want a commission for commercial use please contact me via E- MAIL.
Otherwise commercial use is not allowed.No client nor non-client has any permission to at any point, now nor future, use my artwork in any NFT or
NFT/crypto/block-chain related process/material. Do not contact me about NFTs,I will not do them.
AI learning/scraping/generating using my artwork is strictly forbidden.Commission work may be posted on my social media, used in portfolios, and/or exhibited. I don't claim the rights to any original characters but I do reserve rights on the artwork.If you have any reason to not allow

COMMISSION INCLUDES:Three (3) sketches
Basic color layout and values of the chosen sketch.Commission includes 2 sketch revisions and updates.
(Commission can take up from a week to three months to complete, depending on complexity from the moment the sketch stage has been started. )Final file will be sent in JPG format . Different file format must be requested in advance.
If there are more than 2 sketch/color & value revisions, I will charge an additional fee.All major changes should be made during the sketch stage.Any big additional corrections WON’T BE POSSIBLE after the sketch has been approved.
Revisions necessitated by my own faults will be provided free of charge.

PAYMENTAll payments must be done upfront via PayPal in EUR.All payments will be done via Invoice sent by me.All payments are done before the work on the active commission batch has been started.Commissions will be started after I have received full payment in EUR
(They will be started in the order in which you have applied. You can follow the status of your commission via my Trello by clicking the link in the bio on my social media profiles as well as the one provided by me via e-mail.)Cancellation fee: 60e - cancellation is available during sketching phase (No refunds available once the piece is in it`s painting stage. )

COMMISSION PROCESSAfter I have received all details regarding commission I shall calculate the price.Once the price has been agreed upon, the PayPal invoice will be sent to you and the work on sketches will begin.Do note that commissions are done in chronological order and that receiving the sketches may take more time.After the sketch has been approved (changes applied if need) the value & color stage begins.
Do note that you lose the right to refund once the painting stage begins. (For more information see the PAYMENT section.You shall receive 1-2 updates on the commission during painting stage in order to make sure everything is to your liking . If the piece is more complex the number of updates can go up. (Commission work is teamwork. This is how we can create your piece exactly as you envision.)Failure to stay in contact will result in late commission work.Failure to provide feedback in period longer than 5 days will be perceived as you giving up on the piece.In case of emergencies you or your contact should notify me in order to avoid commission piece being scrapped.Once the piece has been finished, you shall be provided with a low resolution preview for approval.After receiving approval, the final piece shall be sent to you.

COPYRIGHT/USAGEThe commissioned artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist, Yolebrat. Once payment is made, the client will have the right to use the artwork for personal purposes as outlined in the Copyright section. The client is granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only, if there is a need for commercial use licence, copyright transfer, inform me about it in advance.I RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO:
Promote myself with it everywhere
Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, galleries etc.)
Post it on social platforms
*Please note: If you have any reasons against this, I am absolutely willing to discuss it beforehand.THE BUYER IS ALLOWED TO:Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc. as long as you credit me).
Print the artwork for personal use and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself. It cannot be printed for resale unless the rights fee has been paid.THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:Reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork commercially
Claiming the ownership of the artwork.
Removing my signature.
Altering the artwork without my consent.
Selling it as NFTs.
Using it for AI learning/scraping/generating.
...RIGHTS TO DECLINE COMMISSIONS:The artist, Yolebrat, reserves the right to decline commissions that involve explicit or offensive content, or go against their personal values and beliefs. The artist also reserves the right to decline commissions at any time, especially if they are unable to fulfil the client’s requirements or meet the requested deadline. If the artist decides to discontinue work for any reason, the money will be refunded to the client, but a cancellation fee may or may not be applicable. The fee will be determined based on the progress made at the time cancellation.
